SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Available shipping options, fees, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary.

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.

We currently ship within the United States to all 50 states.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that receipt of research materials complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If your shipment is lost in transit, or arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact our support team within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date.

Please include your order number, full name, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging where applicable. See our Returns Policy for how claims are handled.
